    why when I log on to my world it say apps are free and then they want payment confirmation anyone else have this issue and does anyone know whether we are being charged or not
    also if you log on by way of a computer the same apps that are supposedly free they are charging for

    You are not being charged for them

    You just have to insert your bbid password and it'll automatically download. Just a security measure that it asks you for your password

    Also, Denise just answered one of your concerns by stating that the apps are indeed free. She is just being a helpful member and has helped a lot of people
