Hi, I just got my Q10 today (yay!!) I have managed to get it onto 10.3.1.938.

But I found something really annoying... There are apps, which are compatible with the Q10 (according to the Web BBWorld) but when I scan the QR code, it says the app is not compatible with your device or when I search it in the BBworld app, there's nothing to be found. I have skimmed through a lot of threads but cant found any problems I have managed to sideload Snap and can install those android apps but since I'm with a BB I would prefer a native app. Please help!!

Welcome to the forums!

10.3.1 marks the end of Adobe Air support. Apps coded using AIR will not work. Your call now is:

• Roll back to 10.2.1 where AIR still is supported;
• Grab the Android version and keep on 10.3.1
• Grab another native app

I didn't read anything about Adobe Air in OP's post. So with that said, the latest version of Sachesi will allow you to download any free app in BlackBerry World.
