    Get yourself a Q5. It might be a bit less fancy but I've never heard of one Q5 having the double type issue.

    Agreed. Performance is the same. Just buy a soft skin and it feels great. And hassle free. Very portable. And for business communication it gets the job done. Unlike the double typing Q10.

    I have the opposite, my a key usually doesn't register the 1st time and I need to double tap, happened due to me dropping the phone.

    I have been using a Sprint model Q10 for close to a year and a half now and never experience double typing issues. However, from time to time I will notice that the Alt key not responding normally, it's rare though.

    Haven't had many since purchase. Bought my Q10 the day it launched on T-Mobile. The issues I have had are due more to my fingers fault, not the phone. Lately, like just in the last few months, the 'a' key does double type, where it hasn't before. Seems to happen just on that particular key and honestly, still not sure it's me or the phone. Typed this reply w/ no issues.

    Me and wife both on Q10, have been using for over an year. Upgraded the OS twice and now running 10.3.1.1581. Never had a double typing issue. Best phone and OS I have ever used.
