    I am considering getting and unlocking a tmobile Q10 on ATT. Will any of the LTE or 3/4G bands be missing? Also if I pay full price will tmobile sell it to me and unlock it?

    You will have all the bands you need for AT&T. The T-Mobile version has an extra band for use on their system

    Their policy states that they'll unlock it only after 40 consecutive days of active service with T-mobile.

    I went to the t mobile in Burlington earlier and the rep won't sell it to me out right unless I have an acct with them. So lame

    Don't think that's legal. You should ask for their manager. You can always buy a phone full price without activating it.

    The rep called his manager for confirmation. His manager personally said don't sell it unless the customer has an acct with them
