Good question! I'll tell you what I've found from my experience of testing out the APKs on my Q10. I usually always hide the bottom bar to open up some space. Hope the following examples help.

Work well:
Google Maps
Merriam Webster Dictionary
Wordpress
Bank of America
Capital One
Vanguard
HSBC

Serviceable (i.e., work, but could be better):
Yelp
Tapatalk
Shazam
SmugMug
Just Pictures

Almost Unusable (i.e., written for rectangular screens, with poor or no scrolling functionality):
LevelUp
KeyRing

I find that most apps are fine (the ones I've tried), games on the other hand, different story.

Right now I don't have any APK loaded on my Q, whatever I need is already on BBW.
