I think what happens is, if someone's having an issue or a problem with their Q10, they search Google and stumble upon CrackBerry. Then they start a thread about what's wrong with their Q10, and let out some of their frustration in an attempt to get help or answers.

I'm sure lots of people who bought Q10s and think it's fine or really love it just don't bother seeking out a forum to tell people how great it is.

I have an iPod touch and retina Mac Book Pro. I like them both a lot. They're awesome and I'm glad I bought them. But I have never gone onto an Apple fan site and told people how much I love them. My Mac Book Pro's screen was having issues a while back, and it has had to be taken to Apple like three times, with the screen, keyboard, and bottom part all being replaced. Even still, I did not vent on an Apple fan site, I just don't think it's a good use of my time.

I have a Q10 and love it too, and there are probably lots of people out there who like their Q10s, but unfortunately they maybe aren't as compelled to post about it.

Very happy with my Q10, and my Z10 as well. When I switched back from an iPhone 5 to Blackberry again, it was like coming home!

Q10 is AMAAAAZING! My best friend have the iPhone 5 and I just love how I can get my stuffs done faster with my phone, and of course, we went to the beach last weekend. Her phone's battery died 6 hours later after arriving. Mine? A day later (we both use our phone like craaaazy)

I also love my Q. I went with a Z10 initially, but switched over when the Q came out. I do miss the screen size of the Z, but the keypad makes up for it. At least for me. I have noticed that regardless of where I go, the icrap outnumbers the Blackberry by 10-1. I don't care though. Blackberry rocks

I too came from the iphone 5, had many BlackBerry devices before the iphone but I'm never going back. The Q10 shoots my productivity through the roof with how quickly and completely I can respond to emails.

I'm not saying I don't miss a couple of apps but I don't think any app could make me switch away from BlackBerry.

My wife loves her Q10. She regularly makes a point to tell me how much her iPad sucks, her Alarm clock sucks, how the UI on her car sucks, the TV sucks ...bascially anything tech in her life sucks...except her Q10. She regularly tells me how much she loves her phone...flat out loves it.

Litmus test? ...perhaps. If it is, the Q passes with flying colors
