Allo

Try this, find your music icon
- open it
-choose the three vertical dots
Bottom right
- choose BlackBerry world there

This was a fix from a while back on 10.0

If this works then you should be good to go thru BlackBerry world app

What is your OS version?

Have you tried rebooting by holding both Vol buttons?

Have you done a security wipe?

Have you tried reinstalling the OS from the main screen of BlackBerry Link?

Please do a backup before trying the last two.

Hi Yehtee

You need to give us more info on your device software and version


-pull down from the top of the of the home screen

- settings
-about


Here is a trick, if you touch the up &Down bottom at the same time it should take a snap shot of your screen, you will hear the camera sound

Then you can attach that picture here in the forums, the picture will be saved to your camera folder

In the mean time

Something else you could try is, hold down the power button on top until your phone shuts down and continue to hold the power button until you see the blue boot up screen

After your phone restarts try BlackBerry world and see if that fix it .
