I don't think Alicia Keys did anything wrong as "creative director" I just think she probably wasn't given any duties from BlackBerry since Marketing wasn't high up on their priorities. BlackBerry hired her, but more than likely just didn't do anything after that, or give her anything to work with. These are just my assumptions. That's cool though to see her using the Q10.

Actually, we don't know what her contract is, or how she's compensated. For all you know, they "hired" her more for their sake than hers to help with brand recognition, and in return they've been sponsoring most or all of her latest music tour. No reason to assume what you don't know.

It's not like she tweets everyday that she uses it or promotes the usage of the phone. Who cares if she uses an Iphone and a Q10 , I know plenty of people who use multiple platforms. Her iPhone use was grossly overplayed by *Blackberry users- moreso than anyone else. Nobody else really cares, hell I didn't even know she was the *creative director (whatever that means) for BB until recently. Blackberry forums expose these stories and then give them a platform with threads and reposts and complain that everybody is against Blackberry. Most people learn these stories from these forums.

The naysayers are always giving this woman crap. They don't even follow her music or watch the shows she guest stars on nor do they read the magazines that she appears in, if they did they would see she often times has it with her.
You will not see AKEYS mainstream holding a BlackBerry. Pick up a urban magazine she's in and you just might see her with a BlackBerry.
There is more going on outside of your narrow-minded world.


If she isn't doing^ this^ with a BlackBerry then she's labeled a fraud.
