Hey guys,

since 1 month i own a bb q10 device, everything was okay untill the update to 10.2 came.
now i cant get the phone to save a new contact. i go to contacts, press on the add a new contact button, enter details and hit save.
after i've hit save the screen goes back to the contact list, then when i go through the list, the contact i tried to add to my contactlist is not in there. it is also not possible to change details from a contact that is already in the contactlist :S

is there anyone else with this problem? can anyone help me with this.

I don't have a Q and haven't had a problem on my Z with a leaked 10.2. Please post carrier info, did you update OTA (over the air from carrier), and what version of 10.2?

My Q10 updated OTA with no problems. Have you tried the obvious battery pull - shut down, remove battery for a couple of minutes, reinsert, restart?
If the problem persists, perhaps you had an install corruption. In which case you should retrieve the backup you made before updating to 10.2 (you did make a backup, didn't you?) and repeat the upgrade process.
