    Hi,

Sorry for my bad English. Maybe someone can help me.
I have by a used BlackBerry Q10. An amateur at the SimCardReader has soldered and caused extensive damage.
So I changed the motherboard. Has works great.
If I now start the Q10, a diagnostic screen appears. But nothing more.
How do I get firmware and OS on the device now?
How I can extract the data from the old motherboard and transferred to the new?

    Thanks

I would try loading any of the official or leaked operating systems in autoloader form. You can find the leaked OS autoloaders here:
    BB10 Leaked/Beta OS - BlackBerry Forums at CrackBerry.com
The latest leaked OS is 10.3.1.1016

    Thank you.
    I found this.
But must I not previously Flash firmware, radio, etc? Is it blackberry other than in android?
Is there somewhere a good step by step instructions?

    load os via autoloader:

data from old motherboard is lost, unless you place that motherboard into a Q10, and then back it up to a computer through blackberry Link.

    100% it's from a broken Q10. Broken screen etc.

followed the instructions with the autoloader.
When I connect the Q10 on the PC, it is detected.
The Flash went without errors, all data has been written.
The Q10 was a reboot, then showed the picture of "Blackberry".
But then the screen remained black. The red LED flashes 10111111,
so even blink, blink, pause and then 6 x. More didn't happen.

What can I do now? But, the software fits the Q10, I have checked it several times.
    I have a SQN100-3
This version i have download, extract and install: Q10_10. 2.02. 1609_SQN100-1-2-3-4-5.7z
