Has anyone else seen this before?

I was running an app on the Q10 that was on its side, so you had to swipe from the side of the screen to exit versus the bottom. When I went to swipe out the screen did its usual twirl around to re-adjust but when it snapped back, well, this happened...

A quick swipe back and forth removed it. What's weird is that it decided to show CB and not the other 3 apps I had running at the time.

It obviously isn't active. If it were CB would go crazy about it.
