Q10 can be updated directly from device, but it depends if your phone is unlocked, your carrier, etc if it's been made available to you yet. 10.3.2 should be available for everyone. 10.3.3 is available for many but not all

Alternative is to use autoloader with phone connected to your laptop. Anyone can do that but of course it is not an "official" release. Lots of people do this without problems.

I use 10.3.3 on my Q10 no problem

Yes exactly I've been asked to upgrade the system with 10.3.2 servic, but I was afraid of becoming each phone to change the unbearable. But thank you very much dear and I might update
