Company doesn't do ActiveSync, has no plans to upgrade to BES10 server, and neither old blackberries are not compatible with new servers, nor new blackberries with old server (no legacy mode)).. Company uses Good.

I loved the phone (briefly), but have no work use for it.

So will go back to the old Bold for now.

The title still confuses me a little regardless though. By "lack of email" do you really mean lack of email sync?

Also, why would you go from Q10 back to a Bold? It doesn't sync with Good either, or does it?
I've know of Good but I'm not too familiar with it and its compatibilities.

The old blackberry server is still up, so I will be able to sync. Because there is so little interest in BB, the company has no plans of installing another BES server.

I understand BB10 is a totally new OS, but they could've figured out compatibility during 3-4 years they were developing this thing.

Situation was very similar at my company. They were switching over to Androids and Ifones and managing that by AirWatch MDM. Took me a while to figure out the following: on your BB 10 device you can download an AirWatch app. With that you "register" your BB 10 device with your company's service. Then furthermore you setup your email account as an exchange account with full calendar and contacts sync. Works like with the old blackberry service for me on my Q10. To get the proper settings for the AirWatch and Exchange servers, check out an ifone or android for settings. All that took me 3 months to figure out.

Good doesn't support blackberry (and apparently never will, as I saw in some other thread). You can't sideload it either.
