Hi guys,

Just wanted to share:

Got my Q10 for 1 week now.
Battery drains exactly 10% per hour. Does not matter if push is on or not for emails and I just turned BlackBerry Link off on the BlackBerry since it automatically connects to my Mac via wifi (can't deselect the option on the Mac, does not stick)

I use it a lot, but still, 10 hours is not exactly what I expected.

Any other heavy users here? That's at least 20-30 min/hour BBM or whatsapp etc.

12 hours with heavy usage would be good in my opinion. I've just gone 25 hours including about 7 hours where the phone wasn't used during sleep. 3PM to 4PM the next day. Streamed music off the phone and used the camera quite a lot (went to a gig last night and stayed out).

Results are still varying, I have uninstalled snapchat and I may be making it up but battery life has improved.

I get about 10-12 hours which from looking at the forum seems to be the normal!

hard to be precise for me as the battery detail in notifications is all i'm going from, and it still only has 5% increments for me - but I've just had about 21 hours.

8-9 hours of that was overnight while I was asleep, the rest of it was what I would describe as pretty heavy use i.e. massive amounts of fiddling, browsing crackberry, playing music via bluetooth in my car for about 3/4 hour total, maybe 10-15 emails and sms and about 15 mins of calls. I don't do anything silly with settings yet - just leave wifi off, and in 3g/2g mode on my network though its permanently 3g to be honest. Bluetooth and nfc always on.

Previously I stated that I have only managed to get 10-12 hours but now from taking my phone off charge it is currently just a third left in the battery indicator and I took my phone off charge at 8am.

Amazing considering I have hardly stopped typing, browsing and watching youtube videos (+ the occasional flash video)
