    It is true that the default 10.1 bb10 version had some performance issues that made the batteery drain faster?.

    Theres a possibility that the upcoming 10.2 one will improve my battery performance?

    Im using the default 10.1 btw

    IMHO 10.2 has better battery life than 10.1.

    I am getting a standby drain of about 1% an hour; under 10.1 it was 2%.

    The difference is pretty significant.

    Last night I ran into a charging bug (it didn't charge even though plugged in!), had the bedside mode clock going, went to bed around 11 pm with ~40% power and woke up this morning at about 10 AM and found the phone not charging but with 29% remaining. I was quite surprised -- only about a 1% loss per hour in standby, and I sync Facebook and my IMAP PUSH email, with them having some 20 and 45 notifications / messages pending, respectively.

    Darn good IMHO.

    Does everything on your phone get deleted when you update to 10.2 leak? I can't get my BlackBerry link to work so I'm just curious as I want to update to 10.2

    If you use an autoloader, everything will be wiped.
