Hi all,

Can anyone tell me who "owns" this software version? Is it Verizon or Telus?

I ask because I have an unlocked Verizon Q10 with a Telus sim card and I can't get 10.2.1 through Telus. The Telus rep told me I have to wait for the Verizon update. This makes no sense to me since I am using a Telus sim card and they've already pushed the update.

10.2.0.415? Neither of them, technically. 10.2.0.413/415 only came out in SE Asia, I think.

Anyway, you might have a Telus SIM in your phone, but the Telus Q10 model is the SQN100-1, not Verizon's SQN100-2. If you had a Telus SIM in a (some other carrier) SQN100-1, then it would work, but not this.

Once Verizon pushes out 10.2.1.(probably 537), it should go to your Verizon Q10.

I agree with thurask. I reside here in Philippines and was using that release version upon purchase of my Q10, but not until I loaded a leaked 1925 after a week.
