Has anyone heard/read an indication as to whether the Priv will have wireless charging or water/dust proof features. Will android smart watches now play nicely with a blackberry device?

I'm hoping for wireless charging, and for smart watches it should work perfect since it's essentially a android device with some BlackBerry features

No mention of wireless charging to-date. It's unlikley, at this point.

No real reason not to include it, but as stated above no conclusive evidence to confirm it. We'll see when more details are released.

I would be a little reluctant to buy the Priv without wireless charging. I've gotten so use to it with my Classic.

If I remember correctly, AT&T and Verizon mandates their phones to have PMA and Qi charging respectively, which is why the corresponding Classics have it. Probably a cost cutting measure to leave it out in the others.

No word on whether it is the same on the Priv at the moment.

Wireless charging capable Z30 is very slightly thicker than the other Z30s.

I have not yet compared the thickness of wireless charging capable Classic devices and the other Classic devices.

Would make no sense for the Verizon and AT&T versions not to have it, since the previous devices did.

I'm not too crazy about wireless charging but I do need that fast charging.

Had the charging port stop working on my q10. Too much wear and tear on it I guess. Would much rather have the option of wireless charging.
