[CrackBerry Question]

recently i recieved an update about 20mb i downloaded and installed it i have a bb priv and it was 80% battery level and i plugged in to a charger before installing
after installaition im stick in a blank screen (black) and a blue LED blink
already stick since 2 hour any help :/

I can't do any reset I event tried 60 seconds hold nthn happen

If you have attempted to to access the bootloader menu by pushing down the volume down rocker and the power button and still no response then it's time to contact BlackBerry support. Contacts are in the link in my previous post.
