    For some reason, my wife's Blackberry Priv will not let me select the "System Updates" option which would allow me to check for updates. AT&T has released the Marshmallow update for it, and I would like to try and get it to start downloading.

    Does it have a At&t sim card inside? If not it won't update and will say you have the most current update

    Have you done a hard reset or just rebooted the phone?

    Is her phone connected to any work accounts that might have created a policy that doesn't allow for updates?
