Has anyone called Verizon to ask about our Marshmallow update?

I just emailed a rep I have talked to before on such matters. Will keep you posted.

My gf just got her MM update on her GS5, so it's a little embarrassing that that my much newer phone has an older software version

See problems with MM and T Mobile. Could this be the reason Verizon is the last to release the update ? I personally would rather wait for a no bug OS then be fed one people can complain at or about.

    Just my opinion

My understanding is that Verizon does a lot of testing. However, they also include a lot of bloat ware on the Android devices they carry.

I didn't notice much on my Priv. Can you name a couple and I'll look? When I got the phone I shut down updates on apps I will never use.
