I found some imported Bb Priv has been selling in eBay and Amazon website for 21k as imported mobile. Not sure whether I can buy it?, as I already using a imported z10 which doesn't have BBM and BlackBerry Protect working due to this..

Could you let me the issues of getting the imported priv or advice where to buy Indian variant priv....

Thanks for the link, I actually checked this page and I could see the phone cost around 40k.

My question is will there be any difference between imported and buying a it in official store. Bcoz I could see cost difference of 15k

I bought mine from Flipkart. Just watch for STV100-3 in the phone description.

Earlier I ordered one from PayTM, and landed up with STV100-4 which again is being distributed through Redington India and have a valid Indian warranty, but that is not meant to support all India LTE bands.

Just be extra careful to avoid unnecessary hassle.
