I call you on that BS, is the setup the same on BB and Iphone? same mail apps? same email accounts, same push settings?
0 details related to what you actually have on both phones yet you say the battery doesn't last a quarter of the iphone.

Jon Chen was comparing a BB10 device to the IPhone. My BlackBerry Passport can outlast an IPhone 6plus with ease.

Those calling BS, don't take my word on it, do your own comparison.

I can assure you priv will not last anywhere close to iPhone 6S plus both in idle mode, week give you that. Forget apps, cause then no comparison at all.

Here you with more app usage on iPhone by far, haven't had to plug it in, I have to constantly keep the Priv connected, just using CrackBerry on it.

Your BB services, Android System and Google Play are exceedingly high. Mine don't even show up most of the time.
They are accounting for almost half of your battery, no wonder it's not lasting.

I agree with the sadness of the Priv's battery... Carried my Classic in my front pocket and my Priv in my back pocket at work today... I used my Classic pretty hard, my Priv I checked maybe 4 or 5 times and returned it to idle in my pocket... At the end of my 8.5 hour shift my Classic has 68% battery and my Priv a very hot 26% after doing nothing but hanging out in the back pocket and having a peek on occasion at the SMS' I received on that #.... Sad...

There's definitely something setup incorrectly on the Priv. This is what I'm getting on the daily.

My Priv has been off the charger since around 6 am. It is now 530 pm. And I am at 61% remaining. I have used it moderately today. Great battery life

Nothing is set up incorrectly... I have had the same apps and same profiles since I got the Priv... The Priv's battery was fine on lollipop, not excellent, but ok... Then I had the fortunate happening of being able to participate in Beta Zone's Marshmallow, with Beta #3... My battery life greatly improved and I had made MANY posts expressing how happy I was... And then there was another upgrade, and another and I was now left with this nonsense... The only thing I can try to do different is turn off 'wake screen upon movement' as the battery holds a little better when not in use, but I never had to disable that prior to the recent updates... I blame either the recent BlackBerry apps/services updates and/or the latest Marshmallow's upgrades as I don't use many apps other than those and I was getting semi-decent battery before...

Today Beta Zone pushed Beta 7, upgraded my T-Mobile Priv again, but it was a lightweight upgrade, so my hopes of it fixing what once was good is gone, but we'll see, I guess...

This is how my day with my Priv went... Keep in mind, my Classic was there as well, the same carrier, same conditions, and MUCH heavier usage yet that came home with 68% and my Priv a pathetic 26%...."Wall Huggers" revisited...-screenshot_20160624-174527.jpg

Completely agree on this. iOS power management on newer hardware is amazing in standby. Unfortunetly, power consumption while in use is nowhere near as fantastic.

Since the MM update, my Priv has gotten decent battery life, and doesn't heat up much at all. It's very rare that I have to give it a quick charge to finish a long day. Most days I've got 40% by bed time, and I use my phone fairly regularly.

I think it's a hard topic to agree on, everyone uses their device differently , with different apps and usage. I personally find them all pretty comparable.
