    Okay, go to Settings, Language and Input, Current Keyboard and you should see the pop up box:

    If you mean when you are typing that the vkb will sometimes pop up, then that is due to a thumb accidentally dragging on the pkb. It happened more back when I first started on the Priv than it does now. It is simply a matter of training the thumbs and muscle memory.
