Hi,

I was wondering if such an app exists.

I am currently using VLC and it's pretty good as it allows me to play my music and video!

Would like to steamline the number of apps I have on my phone (old Blackberry habit) and am looking for an app that not only plays all of my video and audio, but also have a feature for me to 'airplay' the media direct to my TV.

Does anyone know if this exists?

Doesn't vlc do that? I thought they had a casting option?

ChromeCast App will mirror your screen to any TV with a ChromeCast on it so need for an app when the OS supports it! I watch movies all the time using this feature and Kodi! kills the battery thought!

Ugh. That's the problem with android and iOS. You need apps for basic functions. I hate it.
I was trying to find the option to do this on the phone for the longest.

if your tv supports miracast you can stream out of the box to your tv
