I recently moved back to South Korea and I brought my PRIV with me. And I'm currently using it under SKT (cdma) Would I still get the update on May 2? Or would I need to pop in my Verizon Sim card?

You might get the update sooner with your existing carrier.

I was told by my rep that they were almost done testing the April update, so it's possible it will be released May 2.

It's the date that carriers can choose to allow the upgrade.

Ya it was kind of a mixed single since Verizon is the only carrier of model "002� and the blog said " coming to models xxx and 002 starting May 3" or something like that.
