    I'm wondering if anyone else if having an issue logging into the Box app on their Priv. Both the Log In and Sign Up buttons show me the same result. I've tried it on carrier connection and several different WiFi connections. I've re-installed the app a couple times and restarted the phone. It almost appears like it's trying to log in automatically, which if it is and it's trying to use my Google account, that won't work since I use another email for my Box account.

    Any ideas?

    Same here. A couple of other treads going on about this as well.

    I submitted a ticket and emailed them as well.

    I got an email response back from Box which was pretty funny.

    They told me to delete and reinstall, which is fine. Then she attached a link directing me to the FAQ page for the "BlackBerry 10" app page.

    It's the app. I can get into Box from my other devices, including my Passport.

    ...and, it does work via the browser. It is merely the Box.com app that has an issue. They have already given me a bug logging app, and collected all the data. So, they are aware, and working on it. This is a good sign.

    BlackBerry phone support said to me, "There are so many other cloud storage apps in the Google Play shop, why not try one of those...". LMAO!

    The reason I use Box is for "pass through" picture storage (auto-upload of photos makes transfer easier to my editing deck at the house), so yeah, that working is kinda important to me

    Yes, I know, I can use Dropbox, but I prefer not to since I segregate functions.

    box support gave me a debug versions to provide them logs. They know about it and are working on it.

    I uninstalled Box and went into Google Play, but I could not find it. Search My apps that's was earlier installed and ther it was with a disclaimer that the app is not compatible with this device.

    I've received confirmation from Box Support that the removal of support for the Priv is temporary. They've identified the issue and are working on fixing it. No ETA was given.

    UPDATE: Box support just emailed me to advise that this has been fixed. The Box app will be released in the Google Play shop for the Priv today\tonight...

    Hi Diego,
    They didn't actually update the application, they made changes on the back-end. So the version you currently have will now work.
