    Great tip. I typically turn on developer options on all my Android phones and set the 3 animation options to 0.5, as that seems to be the "Goldilocks" setting.

    My Priv is plenty fast as is, haven't had any lag issues at all. Wonder if certain apps are causing it.

    I set all 3 parameters to 0.5 and the Priv is now noticeably faster. I am impressed.
    I had 2 older Andriods with me, I was able to apply the same settings to the Samaung Notes 3. As for the Samsung S3, I could not go into the developer mode.

    Dear Akula34 - putting animations to completely off stage have worked really well. If I need to go back to the original settings, can you please also tell what were the default settings (before I completely made it go off).

    Also, please tell me what does "Force GPU rendering" does to your phone.

    Yeah I was wondering about this too. Besides, what can you do with developer mode that could make the Priv run smoother and faster?
