If companies are counting on antivirus to keep their info safe they aren't very smart companies. Sure it helps but I don't think the NSA is interested in company secrets unless the company is about terrorist. The NSA also doesn't care how much porn you watch unless it's children.

The amount of data gathering by govt organisations like the NSA demonstrates that the headline "it's for terrorists " doesn't tell the true story. In reality it's about population control, govt espionage and trade secrets.
