    I have yet to migrate to the Blackberry Android experience, as I still am using my Z10.. The one question I have , is if there is anyone here who uses the Tim Horton's ap on their Priv using NFC, how well does it work ?.. That is a big selling feature for me, as I use this all the time on my Z10.

    Android version works better than the BlackBerry 10 version, fewer errors.

    Good to know, as although it works great on my Z10 for paying for it via NFC, it always shows an error after it processes, well mostly always.

    The Android app works well using the bar code method for scanning as well. Very similar to the Starbucks app so you have 2 methods in which to pay. No issues with the app, just the retail scanner doesn't work well sometimes.

    Perhaps I'm not seeing it, but I can't find an option to use nfc with the Tim Hortons app on the Priv. Only barcode scan is available. I like the nfc tap and pay on BlackBerry 10.

    Doesn't the Priv have NFC ? If it does, tap and pay should be available on the Priv using the Tim's Ap.

    Yes, the Priv has NFC. I use it with the RBC app. However, Tim Hortons app only has option for barcode, no NFC

    Doesn't matter anyway, the employees only know how to use the scanner for the barcode. When I tell them I want to use the NFC tap to pay on my Z30, they look at me like I have two heads. It's been around for 2-3 years on the app and they still think the Apple way is the only way. Stupid barcodes.

    All I tell the cashier at Tim's is that I am paying on my Tim's card, don't even mention you are using NFC as that will confuse them, then just tap the card reader. Did that today , and the girl said "Neat" !
