I almost feel bad for them. It's a bit melancholic. At the same time it's good to see them being proactive and communicating with their customers. I'm conflicted.

I would love to see the priv be start of the comeback for a company that has always made a top notch product. (playbook aside) Hoping Verizon picks it up for us CDMA folks. Will def be checking it out and am looking forward to tons of positive reviews.

Don't worry dude. Off the charger since 7am with heavy use. Only the Passport can still keep going for 13+ hrs like that.
