Anyone know if there is a plugin that will work so we can do more than just view a blackberry via teamviewer?

remote control/support.

on the note 4 there was an additional plugin to download that allowed the remote user to make "clicks" on the teamviewer running on the phone... made it really easy to help friends out etc.

But you're using the phone to help someone out on their computer, right? Or did you mean their phone as well?

no mate, the other way around.
Using my PC I can, using the current TeamViewer "see their phones screen", but I cant trigger any touch actions. I'm limited to just watching and talking them through it.

I'd ideally like to be able to "control" the phone from my PC as well

ha! yeah, the Priv section on XDA is a bit of a ghost town...

no matter... Its probably just a waiting game for the software to be updated for new models.

I tried this but it says this device is for view only (on my DTEK50)
