    My phone has randomly stopped being able to do the tap and Pay with my Scotiabank app. It just does nothing. No beeps or errors, like the NFC isn't working. Anyone else have this issue?

    Something was wrong with my NFC, had to send phone in to be repaired.

    I had an Xperia before, and had issue with NFC payment also. It is as if the signal is too strong from the NFC on the phone, I had to give the sensor some distance by tilting the phone or floating the phone away from the reader to get it working.

    Same problem wasn't observed on my Priv though, so your mileage might varies...
