    I got the update the old way, by yet again buying a stupid goPhone sim card, and using it on my "factory unlocked" at&t phone. I hope blackberry hurry the hell up with this Software update not received on unlocked AT&T branded PRIV when using a non-AT&T SIM card

    It's so damn annoying having to do workarounds just because these carriers are complete tools.

    Yes I have an AT&T Priv on the latest build AAG202

    Try checking your ringtone with a mp3tag editor, check if it has a title. If the tag is messed up then it won't show up.

    The problem is with the ringtone files. If you delete the old ones and re download them it will work.
