    Groupon still has the AT&T branded Priv for $359 with free shipping. If you give them your (or a new email address) you can use code "first" for $30 off, bringing down to $329 shipped. Not as good as the $299 price but close enough for horseshoes.

    If you are on ATT really can't lose. I have an OEM unlocked on ATT and I'm going to return and get this one for a good discount.

    There has been a ton of bad press on ATT in the forums but I think it's unfounded. They have been pretty good on updates, the latest just a few weeks behind OEM. Now Verizon is a different story!
