My AT&T locked build is AAI459. Must be some improvements they made you wait for.

My understanding is that AAI459 is the T-Mobile build. Interesting you would have received that build on your carrier locked AT&T Priv.

In any event I was happy to get the notification of the Security Patch update yesterday from AT&T.

What build were you on before this came in, Bob? I have a partner with an AT&T locked Priv stuck on October.

459 is the general build, it seems T-Mobile is using the general release build instead of making their own. Factory unlocked AT&T devices should get 459 from BlackBerry then.

460 is the AT&T build, for devices in their domain.

Strange, I was in Las Vegas and my ATT locked Priv was nagging me to upgrade (currently on the Dec build). However, I didn't want to risk upgrading on the road when phone use is critical so I ignored the prompts. Now that I'm home (chicago burbs), no upgrade available.

Try this: Go into Settings and change the Date/time ahead 3 or 4 days, then check for updates. Set it back if it works.

    Ah, patience.

A number of folks have changed the time and gotten the update without problems.

I'll have to try this. Mine won't update either. Yes, I was in Vegas for New Years Eve. I'm seeing a pattern here. I don't use my Priv very much at all, but would like it to be up to date when I do.

I received my new BlackBerry PRIV on Friday from AT&T and it was on the October, 2016 update. I contacted AT&T asking if they could push the most current update to me, which I received.

As a Beta Tester, I received the January, 2017 update shortly after the December, 2016 update.

Interesting... I asked AT&T technical support to push the December update to me when I was unable to download it. I was told there was no way they could that. I finally had to do a factory reset with BlackBerry to get it.
