    Hi All

    I have noticed that the email accounts I have on my Priv, Outlook and gmail and work email I have not been getting my emails and noticed that in the settings for each account it gets toggled off and I have go to in and toggle it back on! (Sync email) setting

    Really starting to **** me off and it started about a week ago.

    Any suggestions?

    I think I fixed it.

    I turned off the sync mail on the gmail setting and all emails are coming thru to my other email accounts

    You're seeing this repeatedly? What version of Hub and Blackberry Services are you running?

    I added it to the allowed apps to run so I think it is fixed

    I added the hub to Avast approved list to run and just before all the tabs were toggled off again!!

    What OS are you on? L or M? Can you share a screen cap of exactly which toggles are flipping on and off?

    And did you add BlackBerry Services to that same approved list? BlackBerry Services is actually what is doing all of the syncing.

    As well, if you have the "sync" item turned off in any of your profiles then it will cause Hub to stop syncing as it turns the master switch off for all account sync adapters. If you want mail to continue syncing leave that on. When that gets turned off you should get a notification from Hub though indicating that mail is no longer syncing. If you're not seeing that you're not on the latest version of Hub and BlackBerry Services.

    My battery life and data plan really has been suffering since start of April with one of the hub / services updates

    Here's a cycle I did other day and total how much data it used in one month. Not counting WiFi... previous months average was 50 mb background

    Anyway contacted BlackBerry that I realized this bug, they made me send in some bug reports and now want me to format the phone to see if that fixes issue

    Im on Lolliepop and I have the latest blackberry services loaded and Avast does not have BB Services as a app to allow to run

    Ok i uninstalled Avast battery saver which I think was the problem so I am going to see if all the sync toggles stay on

    Is that snapdragon battery guru you have? When I had that it ended up screwing with my sync settings for emails too
