My main primary phone (Moto X) is set to vibrate. My secondary phone (Note 4) is set to silent and is connected to my Galaxy Gear. I find even the noise from vibration to be aggravating; I pick the important notifications and let them through to my watch. Anything else can wait until I pick up the phone again.

I charge the Gear on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.

Now this is funny to me.
As an electrician, the LAST thing i want to feel is something vibrating (similar to the sensation of mild shocks). i rely on a very loud ringtone instead (but only while working).
