In Hong Kong carrier-locked models don't exist. It only briefly existed when the iPhone 4 was launched years ago.

STV100-4 is EMEA. STV100-3 is TDD-LTE for APAC and China.

I hope it's not carrier locked either. But once I did have a carrier locked phone and got it unlocked and it worked just fine everywhere. It didn't get the updates straight from BlackBerry though.

I want to see one in the store and then see what my carrier is doing. But once the dust settles I'll definitely be trying to get a STV100-3

United States, San Francisco bay area. Have ordered two STV100-3 Privs (second just arrived today) from TB Cellutions on ebay (search it, won't let me post links here). Both came as advertised, new & unlocked in a sealed box. Actually haven't fired up the second one yet, but been using the first for a couple weeks and it's great.

Packing vaguely amazing, you need to take your time unwrapping. But phone plus car charger (1.8A output!) arrived unscathed in both orders. Figure about a week from order placement to receipt.
