    hi . I bought a blackberry priv . everything was fine . until I updated to andriud 6 thn I noticed that when I plug the cgarger in no sound plays . also when I use rocker volums to increase or decrease the ringer volume the bib bib sound dosesnt play . I did a factory rset but no help . what should I do ?
    is it a phone problem ? should I return it ?

    Download or run Blackberry Virtual Expert and test the mic and speakers and headphone.
