Hello all!
I cannot seem to figure how to get sound notifications for email messages and Office pages in HUB. I do get sound notifications for Facebook (which I could care less about) and for emails from some shopping websites to which I do subscribe. But for important business emails & office pages (that come through my email) - NOTHING!!! Frustrating! Text messages & phone calls are not a problem. Yes - I have gone to "settings" - "sounds & notification" - but still I can't seem to configure my beautiful "PRIV" to get sound notifications for emails. Please help if you can.

Have you gone in the hub - settings - select the email account you want to set sound for and set up the notification there?

As Shane suggests, it is in the Hub. Open Hub, Upper Left Menu, Settings, scroll to find your account. Also, if you chose your own ringtones rather than the default choices, your mp3 files should be in INTERNAL memory in the ringtone folder.

It now appears that after following Shane8750's suggestion (even though I believed I had already followed the same steps) - I am receiving notifications for my emails. I did use a default choice - but if I encounter further problems I will do as you suggest in the second part of your note. Many thanks. g
