Hey guys,

Recently I did a factory reset, and then restored the PRIV using the Google account. But some of the contacts aren't on the device. What do I do?

Have you checked that you are showing ALL contacts and not a subset? Do you have another copy elsewhere or maybe on another device. Otherwise, you may be out of luck.

Yup, because I get a call and it shows just the phone number instead of the name. So that's how I know as well.
No other copy. The Passport had the "linked" contacts and that's it.

Are they still on the Passport? If you, you could try syncing them with Google or maybe use the Content Transfer app on both devices.

Not to hijack the thread, but for me Contact Transfer can only see 109 out of my 1000+ contacts... How can it be?

Are they linked? Are they in different accounts or your sim card or local contacts? I only used Content Transfer for Remember and SMS. My contacts and calendar were in Google.

Nope, only a couple of them are linked. Can't imagine why it chose THAT 109 contacts first...
