A while back I moved to the Priv and sold my Passport on ebay. When the buyer received it he claimed it wouldn't read a SIM although I had just been using it. Anyway I took it back, used it as a great music player BC it pairs to my Prius very well. Anyway I finally got time to probe deeper into why the Passport wasn't reading the SIM. Compared it to another one and then with a serious magnifier and photos I saw the bent pins. Bent them back up with a safety pin and now since my family has moved from Sprint to att my Passport is back in business. I'm typing on the Priv pkb right now but I look forward to using the Passport again for text and calls while using the Priv for access to my android apps via the hot spot as I did when we were on Sprint.
