By filing a warranty claim and getting it replaced

If you still have a warranty, that would be your best option.

If not, you can try opening it and seeing if there is some contact/cable that is not fully in place. There are videos on Youtube that show opening them up.

I believe thats the 3rd time we've seen half a screen do one thing and half do something else. Though none have been doing the same thing.
I'd try a 32 sec power button hold reset first, then an autoloader before opening it up. If it's still under warranty, BB will prob require that you do both before they will accept it.
They required that I email them the link I used to run autoload, before they accepted mine for warranty repair.
Don't open it up if it's under warranty!
