    I can't seem to figure out how to save any images sent in the body of an email. It won't highlight or even give an option to save an attachment.

    Click on the file, open it in preferred app, click on the three dots in the top right and save

    But your preferred app must have the save option. The default one doesn't!

    True. BlackBerry has botched this. Can't download images saved in line. Pretty bad oversight.
