Maybe I've gone completely bonkers but I can't seem to find any option to save attachments, such as photos, from emails. I tried looking for a paperclip icon, tried tapping on the photo every which way, to no avail. Any guidance from my fellow Priv users?

In the main email body, look for the floppy disc to the side of the attachment. It is just on the curved bit of the screen.

If you were born in the late 90's please see below information about the floppy disc if that reference doesn't make sense 😁

Thanks, but I only get that icon if it's an attachment other than a picture. I can save PDFs, DOCs, etc, just fine. JPGs and other images in the email don't have that option for me. I can't seem to cut, copy, save, or anything else.

This is what mine is like, for image attachments only.

When I tap the image, it enlarges. Holding down, double tapping, or any other combination of tapping, swiping, or other gestures I'm inflicting upon my phone won't give me any options. The floppy disk is elusive.

Is the picture attached or imbedded in the email body?

Don't think you can save items that are within the email body. Someone a little smarter might be able to confirm this.

In the next release a press and hold on the image will pop a dialog that should let you save inline/embedded images from the email.

In the meantime: Hey vlad the FSB should have a copy of all pictures you got, or wait they should even have the originals :-P

    This would be cool.
Hopefully the somewhat related issue of currently not being able to save all or a pre-selected amount of attachments at once, will be dealt with too. http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...ments-1084428/

Thanks guys, for all your replies. The FSB doesn't invade anyone's privacy. They only look at metadata. [/s] Looking forward to the next update.

If you would actually read 2 posts before your post you wouldn't have to ask this dumb question.
