    Hello I just started having issues with my Rogers yahoo mail account on my BlackBerry PRIV. It won't connect the the server. I know the password is correct and was working fine before the last few days.
    I have the following for inbound
    Rim.imap.mail.yahoo.com

    Port 993

    SSL/TLS security

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    I tried my work phone an Apple product) and same problem. When I logged in to the Web based service it notified me that my account had been locked due to suspicious activity. Therefore I just had to change my password and was able to get it to reconnect on my PRIV easily.

    I get this issue few times per week. Used to update the password but gave up. I find this is an issue when I travel outside my home area. E.g. roaming out of the country.

    Turns out my issue was simple. My account was locked by Rogers because they thought there was some suspicious activity. The only way I could fix it was to to go online to the Web based email tool and change my password. I did this and updated my account info on my PRIV and no further problems.
    I did have the continuous issue of having to re-enter credentials for my IMAP account when using by BlackBerry 10 devices. But that seemed to get resolved and I haven't had the problem since.
    I do receive emails letting me know that I am not using the updated yahoo! Mail. Perhaps updating that is either a solution or a problem.
