Has anyone done this? Is it hard to do. My phone stopped vibrating. I've had it vibrate once since it went out and it was extremely weak when it did. I was going to try and replace it as AT&T wants to replace it with an s7 since they have no priv's. Rather keep my priv

I'd recommend taking the s7 the feedback of vibration is so important.

Don't kill yourself.

Take it before they retract the offer.

I would contact BB and complain. You have a Priv and want to continue to use the Priv and AT&T is failing as a carrier.

I actually had called them about a week ago and they were no help and told me I had to go with my carrier. Problem is the original phone I bought was from Blackberry but I broke that phone and went through insurance and got a new one which is att branded now

I wonder if BB is aware that AT&T is replacing Priv's or BB devices with 3rd party devices. Maybe that might get them involved although, I guess, don't count on it.
