Every once in awhile, my notification light will blink red quickly twice in a row, and then stop blinking. I don't have any notifications at that time either. At first I thought it might be indicating that location services is being used, but the little pin icon doesn't always show up along with it. Any ideas what that might be?

I've also noticed this happen on my BB10 Passport. The only explanation I can think of based on what I see on the screen is that I had lost and then regained reception.
