Searched but didn't see this come up. Lately been getting many "process has stopped" notification.

    1) unfortunately process.android.phone has stopped. When this happens, data quits working and reboot (2x-3x per day)

    2) messenger has stopped (closes it immediately)

    3) Google play services have stopped

    4) microsoft health has stopped - and this app hadn't been opened in days. Uninstalled to see if that helps.

A combination of these things cause me to reboot several times a day - anyone here with similar experience? Talked to ATT today, they recommended wipe. I have one day left to swap for new Priv, after that will have to swap for refurb. Both options are a pain, hoping to find someone who had this and fixed.

wipe the phone / do a factory reset. when setting it back up, do NOT do a BlackBerry content transfer.

I'm having the same issues and that was after a factory reset and loading everything from scratch with out transfer. Still get it multiple times a day. Switched messenger app out for Textra and received fewer crashes at first. Then when a message comes in it crashes. I don't think wiping the phone every couple of days is the best way to solve this problem.
