    My Priv has attempted to install the Marshmallow twice now. Both times it has downloaded and then went to the 'Reboot' phase to install. This is when it just stays in the 'Powering Off' phase. I walked away and left it for over an hour and it continued to say 'Powering Off'.

    I did a manual reboot and no install. 2 days later the update failed the same way again.

    Any ideas?

    According to BlackBerry, some devices get stuck in that state for a long time. You just have to be patient. Leave it overnight if you have to.
